Refund policy
RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: September 2, 2026
This policy applies to purchases made from FUELITH Nutrition LLC and shipped within the United States.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements and cannot be safely restocked or resold after shipment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, personal preference, taste, sensitivity, products ordered by mistake, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable federal, state, or local law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the product you ordered, contact us at support@fuelithnutrition.com within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Your claim must include:
• Your full name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
• Photographs showing any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item
Please retain the product and all original packaging until we complete our review. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
LOST PACKAGES
Claims involving packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted to support@fuelithnutrition.com no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
We may require confirmation of the shipping address and additional information before opening an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost and the claim is approved, we may issue a replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders are sent for processing shortly after they are placed. Requests to cancel an order or change its shipping address must be emailed immediately to support@fuelithnutrition.com.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request will be completed. Once an order has been accepted for production or fulfillment, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
FUELITH Nutrition LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer. If an order must be reshipped because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
UNCLAIMED, REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are refused, left unclaimed, abandoned, or rendered undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer are not eligible for an automatic refund.
If reshipment is available, the customer may be required to pay all associated shipping and handling costs. Packages destroyed or abandoned by a carrier might not qualify for replacement or refund.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Do not return or mail any product without first receiving written instructions from FUELITH Nutrition LLC.
Our fulfillment provider does not accept unauthorized customer returns. Any product sent to the manufacturer, fulfillment center, carrier, or another address without prior written authorization may be refused, discarded, or otherwise ineligible for a refund.
APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or confirmed-lost order for which FUELITH Nutrition LLC or its fulfillment provider is responsible.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND RECALLS
Nothing in this policy restricts any remedy available in connection with a product recall, an unsafe product, or any right that cannot legally be waived. If you believe a product presents a safety concern, discontinue use and contact us immediately at support@fuelithnutrition.com.
